Heroes Program
The heroes program provides an opportunity for individuals to become Legends of Mitra Heroes and act as a liaison between LoM and his/her local community.
An Opportunity for Anyone Who
- Wishes to expand their network in the blockchain community.
- Wants to gain exposure and recognition in the blockchain space.
- Is passionate about blockchain and blockchain gaming.
- Is motivated and willing to help build, support, and educate others about blockchain for the common good.
Incentives for Heroes
- You will have the opportunity to join Gem Studios' internal meetings. This gives you a unique opportunity to contribute to games we build and stay in the loop on current milestones along with new developments.
- You will receive ongoing training and support from Gem Studios. This will equip them to present and talk about blockchain gaming technology, at their own meetups.
- Your content and events will have the name and backing of Gem Studios, this will allow you to gain recognition and exposure in the blockchain gaming space.
- Top performers and leaders will be compensated with bounties.
- You will receive free swag to better represent Gem Studios within their communities.
- You will earn a monthly stipend.
Heroes Requirements
- Have a good reach in your local crypto community.
- Learn about Gem Studios games in detail, possibly contribute, play and earn.
- Read our whitepaper and make sure to understand. If you don't understand anything ask us.
- You should be able to grow a local community organically.
- Represent Gem Studios in different exhibitions in your locality.
- Host Gem Studios events/workshops in your locality Promote and grow our games on your social media networks.
- Assist and help new and existing users in Telegram, Discord, and all our social channels. Is motivated and driven to lead and grow all Gem Studios games and community.
- Can manage and coordinate requests and activities between the Gem Studios team and the LoM community.
- Is well-organized and can communicate effectively Is self-sufficient and can handle multiple ongoing tasks.
Heroes Ground Rules
- Don't fake communication in your local telegram / discord groups.
- No bots allowed, community should be organic , engaging, real & there should be regular growth.
- Always translate news and announcements posted in the global group to your local group.
- Your stipend will be paid in stable currency.
- Every 3 months we will rank all our Heroes and the top 5 performers will earn NFTs gift boxes.
- You will start earning stipend once your local community hits 300 members.
- Together with our Head of Community you will set monthly targets you have to achieve.
- Attend all heroes' meeting and training
